I’m having the same issue as many others - Hulu just stopped working and says I need to re-subscribe / start paying for a service that is supposed to be included in the Disney bundle as part of our Verizon package (Disney and ESPN still working). ..Kermit

We're sorry for the issues you're having with Hulu. Have you made any changes on your account? If you go to My Veizon under add-ons, do you still see the Disney+ feature?

In my case I still see the bundle in my services. Also Disney+ and ESPN+ work fine. Hulu just stopped working in the last week or so.

Thank you for the information. For information on how to activate or register your subscription, please take a look at this FAQ specific to the Disney bundle: https://www.verizon.com/support/disney-bundle-faqs/
We also want to review your account and make sure everything is set up properly there, so we're going to send you a Private Note shortly.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Hulu. We want to make sure you're able to get the service working without any issues, and we're going to do everything we can to help you. Is the Disney Bundle feature still showing up in your account? Are you having any problems using ESPN+ or Disney+?

I have the exact same issue. All services work Disney+ and ESPN. When I click to activate Hulu from Disney+ it goes to Hulu site and says …

We don't want you to miss out on any service. To clarify, is this when you go to the Hulu website or through the My Verizon site?

My Hulu Disney plus bundle from Verizon also stopped working. Disneu plus and ESPN + still work fine. Says subscription inactive when try to log in to Hulu. Verizon account still shows this perk as active. Tried all FAQ fixes and no luck so far.

We don't want you to miss out on great shows! We'll be glad to lend a hand. Did you make any changes to the Hulu account you were using or was the service never activated?

also after 40 minutes on the phone with Hulu support, they said there is a known issue with subscribers that have the Disney bundle through Verizon and were unable to help me. issues include not being able to log in after entering credentials since it requests a 6 digit code which it sends to your email but says "looks like something's not right" even though the code is correct. Hulu support had me change my password and now I can log in only to get the pick a subscription screen.

I have the same problem -- Is there a solution? Disney + and ESPN work fine, but Hulu (with adds) doesn't work.

I know that I catch up on my favorite shows with Hulu myself, and I would be lost if I wasn't able to sign in myself, LewPee. I am here to help. When did this issue first start happening? What happens if you try to access Hulu from your phone, TV, or home computer, does the issue persist across platforms?

I am having an issue where Hulu is now charging me for services when no changes have been made to my Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ Bundle through any service. I spent over an hour conversing with Hulu and they indicated that it shows my Verizon account is no longer linked with Hulu and that it was an issue with Verizon. The Disney+ bundle shows active in MyVerizon.
A solution would be appreciated because I’m paying for a bundle that should be included with my existing plan.

We're sorry about the problems with your bundle and that Hulu charge. Just to be sure, are you getting any charges from Disney+ or ESPN+? Are you using the with ads version of the perk?
