I received an email stating it was time to redeem my awards cards. One was for $200 and the other was for $50. After I redeemed the rewards on the app. I received one email stating something good is coming your way. That was over a month ago. Called Verizon. No one can figure out what is going on. I have not received anything after that one email.
I am so frustrated with verizon. Nothing but problems. No one can help. So I waited 3 months and received nothing. So I canceled the fios tv portion. I am about to cancel everything else. Verizon fios is a joke. The mobile is ok. But I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for deceit practices. Never again. I'll rather get anything else. Even Comcast. Anything is better than what I have been going through with Verizon.

Attached is the email within 10 days which states the cards are on the way.
Screen shot of my Verizon account, which states that I redeemed them on the December 23, 2024.
Also attached are jpg's of an email chain from the bank Verizon uses to issue the cards. Which they stated that they could not find any cards for me. Meaning somewhere along the line they where never issued.

Hi, I contacted Verizon again this morning 1/22/2025. Someone final spotted and error on Verizon's part. My email was changed somehow in the system you use for redemption. I was still receiving Verizon emails about everything you send out. For example any change I made to the account such as logging in on my PC. We both checked my account page and everything was right. So the a person from the redemption team corrected my email and resubmitted it. He did not know what happen. I haven't touched my account page since I started my service. I just login to pay bills. To finish this off, the rep ask me to wait the 7 to 10 business days to get the email that has the redemption code, I guess, to use to actually get the cards. So I have my fingers crossed. It took weeks before to try to resolve this. Hopefully this rep is correct in what he found.
