  • I have been a Verizon customer I think since 2004 I have had one day in all those years  as a matter of fact it was last week July of 2024, I didn’t have service. The whole area had no service for like half a day. I love Verizon ! So many people say it costs too much. Well run on over to ATT where it’s cheaper. Let me tel u something about ATT. When my 19 yr old son was in the navy on an air craft carrier and gone for 9 months, the only way to communicate was via email. I had a hard month and had to break my Bill and the two payments. I accidentally left 4.78 off the last payment not being sure of the amount of the bill. They cut off my services and I begged them. Please don’t this email is the only way I can speak with my son who is in the Navy. I beg them and told them I would send the money. I’m not gonna be ashamed to tell you. We have  had hard times and 4.78 would have to wait a few days before I could get it. I got the money and I paid them and I told them cut everything off. I will never give ATT another dime of my money. NEVER How they could do a mother that way who can only communicate with her military son , is through them . That showed me they don’t care anything about the customer. It was literally under five dollars believe it I begged please don’t take away my one-way to speak to my son. They did , so you get what you pay for you run over to ATT  get your calls. Go to T-Mobile . My daughter had them she came back to Verizon because they dropped the call so much. Verizon might cost a little more but it has the best service.
    Customer service agents are horrible. It’s like they play games with you , transfer you , drop you , and send you to another agent without saying anything to you  Make you wait forever before they answer,  they like to play too much. Verizon services and Verizon products are spot on . You don’t like it , run  to the others see how good they’ll do VERIZONNUMBERONE
