Lost Apple Music

Out of a sudden Verizon changed something that my husband lost his Apple Music play list and free family music plan which is in our Verizon Welcome Unlimited plan. He called and customer representative told me to add my husband into my Apple Family account. Which wasn’t a case during the last 6 years  and surprisingly my husband should be added. Keep in my that not an any action from our side cause him  loosing  Apple Music. Now I’ve got an email, that we changed plan and will  to pay for music. Every time I call to solve a problem, I have 3 more. Who changed my plan? If I did, I would know. Why when helping you are creating even more issues.  Now I have to call and spend 2 hours of my working time trying to explain that I did nothing, just followed steps you provided. I’ll spend on a hold 80 minutes out of 120, you will tell me that you call back and never do. I am just so tired to waist my time, solving issues, you are creating. Return my plan which includes Apple Music for all my family members for $10 for all.

We're sorry to read that you've been having issues with your account. Did you receive a notification from Verizon that the Apple Music plan was changed?
