I just found out that my parents and I have been loyal customers for 18yrs. My mom always makes sure the bill is paid on time. I just think that loyalty should also get you better incentives not just being new. We're all due for upgrades but of course we don't qualify for the trade in incentives so we never get the pay only $5-$15 a month deals. I think paying over $200 a month and being loyal customers for almost 20yrs should count towards something. Like getting a break when it comes to how much extra you pay for a new phone on top of what you pay for your phone bill monthly. I'm happy with Verizon and I believe they have the best service compared to other companies. I appreciate all the hard work and help throughout the years!
