Max will not link with my verizon perk

I signed up for the Netflix/ Max perk about 2 weeks ago.. I followed the instructions to setup and had no issue with Netflix. Max, however, will not link between Verizon and Max. When I try to login into the Max app or browser and enter my Verizon password, it says “Max HBO subscription required”. I have called Verizon multiple times who keep referring it to IT. They cannot find a solution even though it says Max is linked to my account. I called Max multiple times and they always say it’s a Verizon issue and only Verizon can fix it. I have seen others post about this but have not seen a solution. Any help or tips would be appreciated! So frustrating!

I am having the same problem. It times out as it tries to verify my Verizon account info or gives me an error code or “We’re Sorry…” message saying it can not process my request.
