I want to connect my verizon account to ticketmaster. I successfully signed in with my username and password. Then it supposedly sent a verification code, but I haven’t received it or I don’t know where to find it. I’ve checked with my other household members, and nobody’s received the code. Has anyone had this issue? Where is the code sent to and how can I troubleshoot? I’ve refreshed and resent the code several times.

It lets me log in and it stays on the Verizon website but Doesn’t connect to ticket master why.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We love that you've been using My Access to take advantage of our amazing partnership with Ticketmaster. Below, I'll explain how you can link your account so you can book any of our current presales.

Step 1: Link your accounts

1. Once in myAccess, find the "Exclusive Access" section. 
2. Select the presale window for your desired event. 
3. Follow the prompts to authenticate your Verizon wireless login credentials on the Ticketmaster website. 
4. In Ticketmaster's My Profile, go to Connected Accounts and link your Verizon account. 

Step 2: Purchase Tickets 

1. After successfully linking and authenticating, you'll be able to see the presale window for your chosen event on Ticketmaster.
2. Choose the event date and location.
3. Log in to your Ticketmaster account (or create one if needed) to purchase the presale tickets.
