Im having same issues people have been having since last year with verizon signup and you get nfl sunday ticket free. I hv received the email, activated and it shows activated on my end but when i click on the email nothing happens. I hv spoken to and chatted wit countless reps. From offshore to USA, from repts to managers and still nothing. After reading a lot of people going thru this and verizon not doing anything, I followed the steps. I have uploaded pics, i have provided ticket #s, even a manager has gone thru and tried the steps herself n still nothing. I get empty promises of a call back or an email but nothing happens.
