Netflix and max with ads

Have the unlimited plus plan and added Netflix and HBO max with ads to it. When I hit manage perk to start the Netflix account it just says pending processing. Been stuck like this for days.

Yes the app is up to date. I have tried website as well. Called in 5 times now and 2 chats.
