I signed up for Verizon services over 30 days ago because they promised me a TV as part of their promotion. However, I never received the TV offer in my email, and it does not appear in my profile. Despite following all the steps and meeting all the requirements, I am stuck in an endless loop of non-responses and poor service.
I have called Verizon 3 times, spending hours on each call, and they only open tickets, to which I receive no responses. While the services themselves are good, the customer service is truly lacking. They are neither competent nor professional in providing a definitive solution. They just waste time and justify it as a system error. Even so, I still haven't received the TV or an explanation.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was lured into switching to Verizon with the promise of a TV, a phone plan for $80 with autopay, and an iPhone for $10. Instead, I am left dealing with broken promises and a complete lack of accountability.
Verizon needs to improve their customer service drastically. If you are considering switching to Verizon because of promotional offers, be prepared for a long and frustrating process with no guarantee of receiving what was promised. I hope this post helps others avoid the same nightmare Iโve been through.
