The link to accessing the gift cards to redeem my points is not taking me to the cxloyalty site as it used to. Was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I hear that they will be getting rid of this part of their reward program but thought it wouldn’t happen till the end of August. Thoughts anyone?

Hi
It’s the visa credit card points. When you click on the hyperlink provided the cxloyalty page does not load.

That is exactly what is happening when I go to redeem the reward, the link just doesn’t populate once you click on it. I had previously redeemed My cashback earnings for Amazon gift cards so it did work before.

I am experiencing the exact same issue, I cannot redeem my cashback rewards for an Amazon gift card. The link to take you to redeeming gift cards does not work. The only reason I have this credit card is the earn cashback rewards in order to redeem for Amazon gift cards. I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. I’ve called numerous times and I’ve gotten nowhere with the customer service representatives regarding this issue.

I have clicked on your link above which has no real solution to this issue. In the past I have been able to redeem my points without issue, so I’m not concerned about settings on my phone being an issue. The fact that so many people are having the same issue points to something that Verizon has changed regarding the link. Telling us that we have until 8/21/2024 to use our points for gift cards and then not being able to use the link or for the issue to be resolved through your customer service is unfortunate for Verizon as there are countless of credit cards with redeemable point systems minus the hassle, why would anyone settle for less??

The advice in the link you Provided for FAQ does not resolve the issue. I have over four hours of phone time invested with Verizon to get this problem cured I do not want to call again. I would expect Verizon to resolve this for me. Again, The Verizon Apple my iPhone had previously worked and now does not work, my settings have remained the same this is a problem with your App., and the internet site on PC has the same issue with your platform.
I would suggest that you have a competent and knowledgeable customer service representative call me on my mobile phone number associated with my Verizon account in order to resolve this.

Access the rewards site via an incognito browser. I was having issues for weeks myself in the app. Just accessed the rewards site in incognito and it worked without a problem.
