I have signed up for Home TV/Internet and was supposed to receive gift cards etc.
I received notices in the mail that the gift cards are ready to be claimed.
I cannot find the tiles where to complete my claim or even see my offer.
Is Verizon just fooling you into getting the services and promising lots but giving nothing????
We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. In this case, you can redeem your cards by going to the "Make the most out of your plan" option under your My Verizon account. If you have any issues, let us know.
