Samsung tv promotion

Been a customer for 10 years and seen they had a promotion for an upgrade on my phone. Really did not care to upgrade was really ok with my other phone but seen they had the upgrade to a Samsung s24 and would also be able to get the tv. Welp I'm not in the same messed up confusing mess as everyone. I now believe there will be no tv. So over the lies. Have talked to 5 people and still all saying different things. 3 said they would call back and never did. No one wants to help and when they do they say they can only create up to $500. Gosh i would like is be told the true.

December 8th had the plan already so did not have to upgrade to it.
