I got an email from Verizon that my promotions are running out. I noticed I am enrolled in NFL Sunday Ticket which I do not use and do not want. I am trying to cancel, but I have been getting the spinning wheel of death on the "Manage your services and perks" website for two days. I have tried multiple times on both the mobile and the computer for the past two days. Chatting with or calling Verizon is a last resort because I end up spending at least an hour of my time staring at the computer waiting for them to respond. Any suggestions?
