I just signed up for Smart Family app I can sign in the first part with my login then it wants a pin but its not my account pin. 30 mins later they texted me a pin but it didn't work. Now it says Im locked out for 24 hours.
i just signed up. Ive never logged in and now locked out and cant get in.
I called the help number and spent amd jour explaining my issue for them to say there is nothing they can do. What is up with this service????
