Your active perks should be in your My Verizon account. Go to the Verizon website and do a search for "manage perks". A page with a bunch of links will come up for more information depending on what perk you're looking for and whether you are using the app or the website.
If you are asking about Verizon Access which replaced the old Verizon Up program, search on Verizon's website for "myAccess".
