Still being charged for canceled Disney/Hulu

I canceled the Hulu/Disney bundle in the Verizon app back in January, but I've still  been getting charged for it ever since. It is not listed in my services anymore in the app, but still shows on my bill. Tech support claimed to fix it, but it continued billing apparently. About to switch carriers, this is ridiculous. Disney+ shows that the subscription is in fact canceled despite me being charged all these months.

The website says something about toggling off a perk, but I wonder if that simply disables that service through Verizon, not actually cancels it?  If you can login to Hulu.com directly - don't use the My Verizon app at all - does it show on Hulu.com that your subscription is canceled?

Hello jngdwe. I want to make sure you are billed only for the Perks you want and nothing more. Please reply to the following private message so we can get into the account details to verify the subscription is cancelled and where the billing is coming from. We don't want this to create stress for you.

i have the same issue-  i cancelled disney+ months ago.  i have autopay setup so i stupidly didnโ€™t check the bill until recently and noticed i am still getting charged a โ€œdisney + monthlyโ€ fee of $13.99.  i have been on chat with customer service 3 times about this and am promised it is fixed but come new bill.   it is there again.   this is horrible. i was given a courtesy credit to cover a few months i was billed but that does not fix the issue since i am still getting billed.  there is no way to cancel the monthly subscription on the disney+ side as it says go to verizon to manage the subscription ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ
