Switched to Verizon Disney Bundle and now ESPN plus doesn’t work.

ESPN+ doesn’t work on espn app.  I previously had a Disney plus subscription from Disney and recently switched to Verizon.  I’ve reloaded my account and “managed” my old Disney subscription.  Please help
