The Boise Verizon store I worked with gave me switcher codes via the app. I was denied my switcher credits and the Boise store has ghosted me. What can I do to get this resolved? Verizon ignored my open case, but did have support text me to talk to the store. Again. The store will not resolve this issue. I have proof back in November 2024 that I asked for assistance and now to be denied with no help is devastating. Thanks
