Just signed up with Verizon and transferred 5 lines from another provider. The promotion was 200 per line to transfer. I have called customer service to find a date in which the promotion will be paid out. Each time I call about this I get a different answer on how and when it will be taken care of. I’m concerned that the promo that was advertised won’t be paid out as stated.

I spoke with customer service level 3. All the issues with over charging and credits were fixed. In regards to the promotions,, it was going to be a 1,000 worth in credits. They sold me by saying I would basically be getting the first three bills free with using the credits. They didn’t tell me it was going to take one to two billing cycles to receive the credits.
