I am unable to remove the Apple One Individual perk from my mobile account enrolled in myPlan. I receive the below error every time.

It's definitely important that you're able to manage your account online, ChaosParadox1. I know I would want to be able to change or remove MyPlan Perks as well. I am here to help. What happens if you try to manage this Perk via the My Verizon app, or My Verizon online (whichever you haven't tried yet)? What happens if you try to manage the Perk in an incognito/private browser window?
