Upgraded Plan - No advised Perk would be removed

Hello,

I have been a Verizon customer for over 19 years.  Back in late April, a Verizon customer service (or sales) offered/suggested  to upgraded plans. After the plans were upgraded, I noticed my Disney/HULU/ESPN perk (which was grandfathered in and FREE) was removed. The Verizon employee failed to tell me the perk would no longer be FREE. I’ve called several times - and of course, nothing can be done.  It is disappointing and frustrating - again, a customer for over 19 years.

Can it  be adjusted?

Thanks.

Hey there, ParkerTyra, we appreciate your loyalty over the last 19 years and can review your options for the Disney Bundle. Can you let us know what plan you switched to back in April?

Checking to see if there was any update or closure to this? I am also looking to upgrade my plan soon. And currently I’m also grandfathered in for the free Disney+ Bundle perk. Will upgrading or changing my plan remove this perk and require re-enrollment at a charge per month?

Yes Ks_93 Changing a plan can remove features. We always recommend reviewing all disclosures when changing a plan. -Joe

I just changed  the plan of only one line on my account and they removed the Disney+ bundle that was free and had no expiration from all four accounts! It even shows where we added it years ago. I’ve been a customer for over 21 years and am getting fed up with things like this happening with Verizon lately!

Hello, Dav8, we can certainly understand the importance of keeping your Disney Bundle! You mentioned the plan was changed for one number on yoru account. What plan was that number on previously? Can you let us know what plan the other lines on your account are using currently?
