Why on the Verizon credit card app it shows Verizon Dollars but when I click dashboard it shows 0? And not one bill credited with my Verizon Dollars. What is going on and how does it get fixed?

If you’re experiencing a similar issue, a common cause of Verizon Dollars not collecting is your Verizon phone number/account is not linked to your Verizon Visa Card.
