Verizon bad Cust service to 21+loyal customer

Had a deal with Verizon in August.  October they decided to take away one of my line promotions.  NEVER said ANYTHING about removing one of my promotions.  So Verizon moved me to a different plan with slower speeds and then took away one of my line promotions on the back end.  SNEAKY  and I think bad business practice to a 20+ loyal customer.  Tried to correct this so many times, chat, call back, etc.  Horrific  service. This is why folks are leaving Verizon.
