I can't access my Verizon dollars to use them. When I click on the view rewards tab in my CC website it takes me to a page to apply for the CC. When I click already a card holder, manage acct, it takes to the exact same place. First they take away using the for gift cards and other things, now they make it so you can't even get to them to use at all!
