When I click on my voicemail to set it up my only 2 options are " subscribe to visual voicemail" in green or continue to inbox. Absolutely nothing happens when I click on inbox I just get the same "your subscription has ended'.
How do I get rid of this screen ????

There's something on the website saying visual voicemail is free for 30 days, but afterwards you have to pay for it. Might this be something you add on in your manage perks or add-ons section of your account? I'm prepaid so don't have this in my add-ons.

Hey there, mkp411, we're her to help with your voicemail set up! Have you been able to use Visual Voicemail in the past? What model phone are you using? Was this device purchased from Verizon?

I am having a similar issue S24+. After visual voicemail ended my 2 options are to subscribe or continue to inbox. After clicking continue to inbox the same page keeps repopulating. I can't get to my voicemail.
