I don't see this as a current promotion on Verizon's website. Maybe the text or email mentioning a gift card wasn't legitimate?
Same problem. I claimed the $50 gift card to TopGolf under “local passes” in myAccess and I have not received an email either.

Given that a bunch of folks didn't receive the gift card email, can someone from Verizon Access team take a look and respond instead of multiple people calling them?
