Xbox Series X and xbox gift card

I added verizon home internet on 11/26 I activated it once I received it. I was eligible for the Xbox Series X and Xbox bundle.

It kept showing on the account I had to wait until 12/12 to redeem. On 12/12 the Xbox link was no longer there but the bundle was so I redeemed that. I received the headset and remote but have not received the gift card and haven't been able to redeem the Xbox since that disappeared. 

I was also told it was free to try for 30 days but I'm getting charged on my bill for 45 days so you might want to stop using that line because it's not free at all.
