ive been waiting for my upgrade for 2 days now. i choose the in store pick up because it said 2 hours. ive had to pay 500$ plus take off work for not being able to work without my phone now its going on day 3 which should cancel the order. i called a store close to this one they were open the day before this post and today but my pickup store is still not open. there is no way to change pick up location either. i cant even file a complaint and the indian center told me they were open and my order was ready and kept asking me for personal information.
