loyalty discount

anyone else as disappointed in Verizon as I am? I am not someone who EVER posts anything negative about a company but if I could give the customer support a 0 out of 10 I would definitely do that.  for the past 3 months every time I get a bill it is $20 too high.  my $20 customer loyalty discount is never applied. I literally spend HOURS on chat or phone EVERY month while they "fix the prob" and FINALLY after hours I get the $20 off. but the next month, the wrong amount again even though they ASSURE me I will NEVER have to call or chat again bc it is fixed for good and every month it will be applied. I literally spent the last 7 hours on chat and then text when they bailed the chat. I had to explain myself to about 5 different reps who all claimed the same lame promises of fixing it but then started telling me I am not a loyal long time customer so I can;t get the discount. I have been a customer 30 years. then they try and tell me they can't manually do a loyalty discount and want proof and dates of when I was told that. ironically after doing this SO many times I had screen shot the last time where I ask the agent over and over to clarify that EVERY month moving forward my bill would be x amount and told yes over and over. told over ad over the $20 loyalty would be applied. when I sent the proof I was suddenly sent to another agent who started all over again at hour 6 wanting to know when I was told this -suddenly they could apply a $10 loyalty discount even though they earlier couldn't apply any loyalty discount manually. I am appalled by the way I have been treated, I am mentally exhausted and this is ABSOLUTE FRAUD-and it seems all these people are trained to say the exact same things that are vain and empty promises.  I truly think they are trained to try and wear you down and make you give up
