"Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On us. " offer is there and then disappears

I've been trying to get the "Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On us. " deal today and when I click on on the deal, on my +play page, it prompts me to sign in again, and then the deal disappears.

Online chat could not help. They said I was eligible and asked me to just reset my cache.   I've tried multiple browsers and reset the cache many times on my pc.  Tried on mobile too. same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

We want all of our customers to get the Buy Peacock, Get Netflix. On Us. promotion if they’re eligible. It’s a great way to save some cash and stream all of your favorite shows, and we want to shed some light on the situation. 

 

The promotion is currently only available to customers who meet these requirements: new Peacock Premium and new or existing subscribers of Netflix Premium and customers who have not previously redeemed a Netflix on us offer. For example, redeeming the previous Buy AMC+, get Netflix Premium. On Us. promotion would make you ineligible for the current promotion. This is working as intended and not a glitch.

I called july 24 with the same issue the peacock plus Netflix offer vanished after I signed in. I called an was able to speak to a live rep. He told me it was a technical issue.  He was supposed to contact the tech department and call me back Friday, well no return call! BUT I had to sign up for +play to receive the deal. At a cost to me for another $15 a month……

It seems strange to me that the offer is advertised all over the internet yet a Verizon customer can’t even sign up for it. 
is this issue solved???

Happy Monday. For a limited time, through +play, customers who purchase one year of Peacock Premium for $79.99, get Netflix Premium for a year, on us ($22.99/mo after). Eligible customers must purchase the Peacock Premium annual subscription through the Buy Peacock Premium, get NETFLIX On us promotion tile on plusplay.com (a-la-carte purchased subscriptions do not qualify). Offer applies to Netflix Premium plan only. Offer only applies to new subscribers of Peacock Premium and new or existing subscribers of Netflix Premium.

That's great in theory, and a simple enough premise, but it does not work.   The deal disappears once you're prompted to sign in again.  All other qualifications are met to qualify.  There's something broken between clicking on the tile and being prompted to sign in again.

This information is definitely not helpful. You shd read thru the thread prior to posting you standard message.

We are all aware of the deal, but unable to avail it.

Thanks for the reply.  I put this question up on reddit too.  There's people there with the same problem.  I'll post an update if I get one here too.  

What did you sign up for at +play?  In theory we should have to sign up for Peacock on +play to get Netflix Premium free (if it worked).

Hello, yes, but they have only sent the "greeting"  message.  They have not answered me as of this writing.

No errors. We click on the promotional tile, and then the "get  it now button,"  then we all get prompted to sign in again.  The page refreshes, and  the Peacock/Netflix  promotional tile disappears.

Evolve812, so to sign-up, first you sign-in to My Verizon (has to be on a browser/computer). You then go to Shop section, and select +Play. Once in +Play, you should see the offer. You need to click the 'Learn More' option to go to the tile. Clicking the 'Learn More' link is required to go to the purchase place. If you've not been clicking the 'Learn More' link, that could result into not going to the tile. So please check that and give it a try.

Clicked the "learn more" option, refreshed, removed all history, clicked the "learn more" option- still no option from Peacock for Netflix bundle (only 3 options showing up for subscriptions and annual $79.99 not one of them)

I'm having this same problem.  Once I am signed in on my mobile device or my PC and press learn more, I see peacock for 7.99/mo, however when when I click on that it only gives me the options for peacock premium/mo, peacock premium plus/mo and peacock premium annual.  This is very frustrating.

Any updates on this issue?  Been having the same problem as others.  I'm signed in to my Verizon account and I see the deal, click on Learn More and it tells me to sign in (even though I'm signed in) and if I click on that it just doesn't show on the next screen.

I don't currently have any Netflix or Peacock subscriptions  and have been a Verizon Wireless customer for several years, so according to the details I should be eligible.
