"Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On us. " offer is there and then disappears

I've been trying to get the "Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On us. " deal today and when I click on on the deal, on my +play page, it prompts me to sign in again, and then the deal disappears.

Online chat could not help. They said I was eligible and asked me to just reset my cache. I've tried multiple browsers and reset the cache many times on my pc. Tried on mobile too. same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

The promotion is currently only available to customers who meet these requirements: new Peacock Premium and new or existing subscribers of Netflix Premium and customers who have not previously redeemed a Netflix on us offer. For example, redeeming the previous Buy AMC+, get Netflix Premium. On Us. promotion would make you ineligible for the current promotion. This is working as intended and not a glitch.

I called july 24 with the same issue the peacock plus Netflix offer vanished after I signed in. I called an was able to speak to a live rep. He told me it was a technical issue. He was supposed to contact the tech department and call me back Friday, well no return call! BUT I had to sign up for +play to receive the deal. At a cost to me for another $15 a month……

It seems strange to me that the offer is advertised all over the internet yet a Verizon customer can’t even sign up for it.
is this issue solved???

What did you sign up for at +play? In theory we should have to sign up for Peacock on +play to get Netflix Premium free (if it worked).

That's great in theory, and a simple enough premise, but it does not work. The deal disappears once you're prompted to sign in again. All other qualifications are met to qualify. There's something broken between clicking on the tile and being prompted to sign in again.

No errors. We click on the promotional tile, and then the "get it now button," then we all get prompted to sign in again. The page refreshes, and the Peacock/Netflix promotional tile disappears.

Evolve812, so to sign-up, first you sign-in to My Verizon (has to be on a browser/computer). You then go to Shop section, and select +Play. Once in +Play, you should see the offer. You need to click the 'Learn More' option to go to the tile. Clicking the 'Learn More' link is required to go to the purchase place. If you've not been clicking the 'Learn More' link, that could result into not going to the tile. So please check that and give it a try.

Clicked the "learn more" option, refreshed, removed all history, clicked the "learn more" option- still no option from Peacock for Netflix bundle (only 3 options showing up for subscriptions and annual $79.99 not one of them)

I'm having this same problem. Once I am signed in on my mobile device or my PC and press learn more, I see peacock for 7.99/mo, however when when I click on that it only gives me the options for peacock premium/mo, peacock premium plus/mo and peacock premium annual. This is very frustrating.

Any updates on this issue? Been having the same problem as others. I'm signed in to my Verizon account and I see the deal, click on Learn More and it tells me to sign in (even though I'm signed in) and if I click on that it just doesn't show on the next screen.

I don't currently have any Netflix or Peacock subscriptions and have been a Verizon Wireless customer for several years, so according to the details I should be eligible.

I have been having the same issue. I have repeatedly tried all the suggestions from the Customer Service Reps here and nothing works. I just noticed the fine print states only one Netflix Premium offer per eligible account. I took advantage of Verizon’s Bundle offer a while back and received Netflix free for a year with a paid year's subscription to Starz. That ran out about 6 months ago. Does that make me ineligible to get the current Peacock/Netflix offer?

I been having the same issue. I also had the Starz promotion and got Netlfix premium free for a year. That promotion ended and I tried signing up for the new promotion for Peacock for $79.99 for the year and Netflix premium free for a year and I haven't been able to get it either. I have called Verizon customer support many times and the majority of their workers are incompetent and do not know what they're doing. They transferred me to AMC one day and then to Disney the 2nd day even though I clearly explained the promotion was for Peacock and Netflix. I finally was able to speak to a representative who was able to open up a ticket number for me today. He said to give it 4 to 5 days and see what happens. I explained many others are having the same issue, so he was able to see the comments in here and on Reddit. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to help me either but did say I should qualify for the new promotion since the Starz and Netflix promotion had ended.

I've been having the same issues as everyone here. I've tried using different browsers, cleared my history, and still haven't been successful. When I google the promotion "Peacock and Netflix on us (Verizon)," it takes me to the promotion page, but once I log in, it disappears, and I can't add the promotion.

Verizon is a big company, and we shouldn't be having these issues online when trying to add something so simple. It's also frustrating to deal with clueless customer service representatives over the phone. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years, and it's a shame that the website and support team are not helpful with adding such a straightforward promotion.

Thank you for the heads up and like you said, "nothing harsh was said." It's just so frustrating to have to go through this even though Verizon is one of the 3 biggest cell phone carriers nationwide. It's a simple promotion and we shouldn't have to be spending many hours on the phone with different representatives and then for them to transfer us to the wrong department. Have you gotten your issue resolved or is everyone still having the same issue?

Same issue as everyone else here. By all the terms my account is eligible, but I am taken to the sign-in screen after selecting the promotion, then returned to a screen where the deal disappears. I have chatted with customer service a few times and even have an open ticket. When I try to chat about the status of the ticket, customer service does not know what I am talking about. The rep I am currently speaking to says it is because I need to purchase credits on +play.

Verizon agent told me I had to buy + play credits for this promo to work and that I could use the credits on the peacock netflix bundle when purchased. So like a dummy I did, spent 30 bucks on credits and still did NOT work. Now I'm out $30. No longer just frustrated, I'm mad.

Yes tried them all. Have spoken to 8 to 10 agents, all have no idea, they just guess on solutions that don't work. Been with verizon for 24 years, verizon says I'm loyal. I'm starting to think I'm just stupid.

Same as everyone else here. Offer shows on main page, then prompts for login and disappears. Same story on multiple browsers. Starting to think that anyone who previously had the free Netflix with year of Starz offer is ineligible, whether it be deliberate or a technical glitch. Sadly, these sorts of issues appear to be common with Verizon and nobody ever seems to have a clue how to fix them. I have never been able to get my Disney+ subscription working correctly, after several hours on the phone with both Verizon and Disney reps. Each blames the other so I finally caved and just signed up directly with Disney, even though it should be a free perk as part of my Play More subscription. Will be shocked if they come up with a solution to this issue before the promo expires.

Not sure that info is correct. I have has several Verizon agents tell me as long as your current promo has expired you should qualify for the new promo. Once again different answers from different agents.

Hi Vescamilla, as you mnetioned in your previous message you had already gotten the Starz and Netflix promotion, you are not eligible for this one. The streaming services do not allow duplicate promotional claims even if one has already ended. Well if you are not on a Netflix premium offer currently, signing up for the Peacock/Netflix Deal would then mean that's my one offer on the account. It does not say forever, or "one time only"

Or it could also mean, accounts with 4 lines, only get one {active} offer per account.

You are correct that it doesn't specifically state that in the offer. It is stated generally in the +Play Terms and Conditions. That is what makes the provision so confusing.

That tells me nothing other than I can't have more than one bundle promo at a time per account. I fully understand that. But if you read your Verizon legal terms it states that after the current promo has ended and the billing cycle has ended you can then be eligible to sign up for a new promo bundle. Those are Verizons legal terms not mine. If that us not correct then Verizons needs to change those legals.

You cannot buy this special offer on +Play if you have ever purchased a different offer that included Netflix. If you haven't, contact Customer Support, who should be able to help you.

That’s it, right there. It says UNTIL our previous promotion expires. Mine expired on 7/31/24. I am eligible according to the terms advertised by Verizon.

Verizon’s site code and terms are not aligned. They need to follow the terms and conditions they posted.

Thank you, that is what I have been saying for 2 weeks now. According to there own legal terms once the current promo has expired and the bill cycle has passed you are eligible. But getting them to understand it and fix the problem is another issue.

I feel the same way - the Terms and Conditions don't specifically state it. I spent a lot of time talking to a Customer Service Rep about this, but was unable to convince them that I qualified for the promotion. Please let everyone on this thread know if you can change Verizon's mind.

My solution was to no longer use +Play for managing subscriptions. Their advertising of promotions is confusing and, some would say deceptive.

To me that means I can only have one promo per account meaning if I have 3 lines on my account I can't get 3 promos. Says nothing about only one bundle forever. That is how I read that. And I have someone very high up in the Verizon food chain that agrees with me and is working on a resolution.

Verizon customer service is terrible. I’m visually in medically disabled and it’s impossible to get a straight answers out of them. I explained to them that ACH debits would not work on my account and they still set me up on auto pay so when those did not work, they charged me overdraft fees. That’s criminal

I beleive the problem is that Verizon has not properly programmed the +Play page for Fios customers and they dont seem to want to or genuinely dont know how to address given the multiple people trying. Perhaps it is just a deal that is "Too Good To Be True."

Ive spent significnt time chatting and talking to just about every Verizon deprtment from Fios, Wireless, +Play, Billing.

Regretably, I am about to give up. The only reason I am not is that I am a large stockholder and dont want to see a company I invest in not support customers that want to turn over $.

If you have ever previously taken advantage of a promotion where Netflix is offered with the purchase of another subscription you are ineligible. This was discovered after I spent HOURS trying to figure out what I was doing AND talking to Milo along with several other Customer Service Representative here in this community. Had someone just told me that from the initial get go or if they had stated what an eligible Verizon account was (I thought it needed to be an active account with a phone line, we have 4!). I also have had the same issue. I called and a rep assured me they would personally be working on a solution for me. However nothing has been resolved. Literally the same issues that others had. I was trying since July.
