PLEASE HELP ME!! I see that my problem has been shared by many and none of the solutions have helped. My voicemail shows no notifications, and my small business really depends on them. Just yesterday I started getting the message "new voicemails not downloaded due to connectivity failure," and I spent hours on the phone with a tech who went through all the troubleshooting steps and ended up by telling me that it's a known problem and they'll work on it. I don't have a VPN or call forwarding, my networks are strong, my cache is emptied - please, is there a way to uninstall the app and start all over? It's a motorola G 6. If anyone can help, please, I need it. Thank you

We're sorry to read about the issue with your voicemail. Is your device on the latest update? What happens if you call your voicemail? ~Peter

When I call I learn that I have new messages, but they don't show on my basic visual voicemail. When I refresh I just get the error message whether I'm on wifi or not.

I don't have the Verizon Visual Voicemail because my phone is unlocked and therefore won't run this app, but maybe your inbox is full and you need to delete some of the older messages? Also, I want to say not all voicemails are going to end up in the visual voicemail app - if someone is calling from a landline it might only go to the *86 plain voicemails. If you aren't getting any notifications at all for any of your voicemail apps, try clearing out old messages from all of them.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
