$200 Gift Card Per Line

I transferred 3 lines over to Verizon back in June and was promised 3 - $200 gift cards ($600 total) that would be emailed to me.  I have yet to receive any gift cards or emails that pertain to this.  Whenever I call (20+hrs spent calling), I get nowhere.  Sometimes they transfer me to no-mans land and sometimes they act like they are going to help just to get disconnected or don't receive any details that they promised to send.  Anyone been successful in getting these gift cards?

I have the exact same issue, switched in may 8, from ATT, was promised $200 visa card per line, have not received anything, called and nobody seems to know what to to.

Hi, I’m wondering the same thing.  Has anyone gotten their 200 $ gift card per line for switching to Verizon and their 65” Fire  flat screen TV and if so how long did it take for you to receive it or anything on it? I’ve had nothing but problems since I switched to Verizon from them sending the wrong phone to the holding it against me that they made the mistake and sent me the wrong Phones , they put me on the wrong promotion package, my service doesn’t barely work and hasn’t since I started with them on 3 lines and one doesn’t work at all. They keep charging me for stuff that was supposed to be free to charging me for service we don’t get! Now they’re trying to say I don’t qualify for the promotion that I started with! Can anyone help me with this issue? I screenshot pics of the promotions and what I got so I know I’m supposed to get theses free gifts on Verizon

Unhappy customer!
