$300 Promotional Gift Card

I've signed up and placed online order with Verizon wireless on 1/2025 for 4 new lines with 4 iPhone 16 pro max. $300 gift card offered during this period and added on the cart. It's now 6/2025 and nothing about the giftcard is heard. Issue was chatted,called,and emailed with literally 30+ Verizon agents who are incompetent and no help but with lies of escalation process which never initiated. Overall cellular service and billing are great with zero complaint but due to this promotion issue which is so unnecessary is actually pushing to consider another carrier.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the gift card issue has been clarified and resolved. If others encounter problems with not receiving a promotion or other offer, some common issues can include these items. Not meeting the promotional requirements of the offer. An error with the promotion system or if a plan change to an ineligible plan occurred.

I've posted under the wrong subject of BYOD,sorry I'm new at this. This promo was NOT for BYOD but for new consumer lines and that's why the mentioned promotion was able to be added on the cart when having placed online order on 1/6/2025. Had visited Verizon store due to needing an assistance with phone setting and agent at the store even had advised to wait 60 days for the promo being issued from the date of the order on 1/6/2025.

What I don't get is you can't even retrieve and view the record summary of online order placed which clearly should indicate this giftcard on the cart! Should have taken a screenshot of the order but who'd  have even thought of coming to this?!

i am on the same boat with this deal. order date 01jun25.  brought in four lines from t-mobile because of the promo.  zero notifications regarding rebate.  guess we hit a road blocck.  baited and hooked now.

I had the same problem but somewhere on my account in the verivon app said something about promos or bonus or discounts and I had to go in and activate the gift cards then wait some many weeks for them to be emailed. No one told me this I just stumbled upon it by accident looking around on all links on my account hope this helps
