Cannot Enroll in Autopay
I've been trying to enroll in Autopay but I get this message whenever I try to enroll. 'You cannot add any more funds to your account this monthly cycle.' This is ironic since I have no credit cards registered to my account nor have any additional funds.  Could you please help me set up my credit card so I can enroll in autopay?

Are you using a web browser to access My Verizon, or are you using the My Verizon app on your phone? Please try both.
