Every time I try to register I get an error message. "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time.For more information about Verizon products and services, visit verizon.com. If you continue to experience problems please contact us at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] with Case ID *****, date, time, IP and requested URL."
I am overseas, what other ways can I get in touch or register without roaming calls?
Are you an existing Verizon customer, with a prepaid line? There is a number for International Services Support to call when outside of the country.
If you have never been a Verizon customer and do not live in the US, you would not be able to sign up for Verizon service from overseas.
