Charged For Calls I Did Not Make

I went on a one day trip out of town and when I got home and checked my prepaid data it had dropped from 62 percent available to 12 percent. I did not make any phone calls while I was away, just a few text messages. I used an app one time to get into the event that I was attending. I checked "recent calls" on my phone and it showed that I made four calls the first day I was traveling that I did not make. At least one was an international call. I try calling customer service but I cannot get through to a live person. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

I hope you had fun on your trip and sad you came home to any surprises. No one plans on that! You mentioned prepaid data....Is your Verizon service Prepaid or Postpaid?

My plan is prepaid. The lady at the Verizon store told me I probably pocket dialed those numbers. I turned on the screen lock and it seems to have helped. Thank you for your reply.
