Customer Service on Manufacturer's Warrantee 10 year customer!

I purchased a Pixel 8 phone and was suggested to add a Pixel Watch 2.     Everything was OK until the Pixel Watch 2 stopped charging.    After attempting many times and using the Verizon customer tech service and also researching on line it was found that Google has a huge problem with this Watch.     Given being a long time customer I went thru 3 replacement watches, all not charging.     I was promised that after all  my efforts,  1.5 hours each time, plus aggravation, that a Pixel Watch 3 would be forth-coming.    Alas, that's not the case.    Wish I had recorded calls because each time you start this process, it initiates as a new service ticket.    No priority, nothing.    On hold for  15 minutes each time and then once my account is brought up, we catch up to the issue.    Verizon sold me this Watch and I feel that they need to stand with Vendor, (Google) and have a better solution than to continue using Pixel Watch 2's as replacements.    I'm not at the beginning of my contract and will be reviewing other Vendors for Service and Products.    It's a shame that loyalty is not rewarded with Verizon.     If you have a Pixel Watch 2, do not accept another one of this Version.    You will be very sorry and trouble with the watch soon awaits you.
