This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I was given different information every time I called (7 different calls) I had a reference number with the correct information that 3 of the representatives refused to even look up. Several of the representatives were extremely rude, would cut me off before I could even give them the reference number and totally useless! The problem is still unresolved but after 2 and a half days and 7 phone calls of over an hour each (on hold most of the time) I have given up. Guessing that is the result they were looking for. Have been a customer since it was Qwest, but will be leaving. I would advise you look at your business plan and decide if outsourcing your customer service is a wise decision.
