Working on claim for about a month. Verizon in Dallas told my son they could NOT help him ….
Verizon store where we bought our phones can’t/ won’t work with Asurion & information doesn’t line up, so customers get to deal with the headache of claim getting denied over and over again !!! It’s absolutely ridiculous that we are paying for goods and services and are subjected to this !?!?To prove that I purchased MY son’s iPhone 15 from a Verizon store ….
Come on !! I pay for it every month!! 😕

Hello, Jessecherry3434. My apologies to hear of this as we would never want to see you leave us. Please tell us more about what is happening? Sounds like something has happened to your son's phone and you needed to file a claim with the insurance company, Asurion, correct? What info do they need?
