How do I remove, "the time available for this call is unlimited" on iphone in 2024? Have only seen this issue on posts from 2015, nothing in recent years; and Verizon customer service has been unable to remove this.

I have an iphone 14 and the "announcement" occurs each and every time I place a call. The recording plays as the call is dialing to go through. Thank you in advance.

I have a prepaid account. The voice announcement started happening a few weeks ago when I called tech support on a different issue and as the techs were trying to resolve it. They made many changes to my account while on hold trying to fix my issue, and during that time is when the announcement began. Initial issue has been solved (by a different tech; on a different phone call).
