When I open the phone and go to voicemail it dials into the message center and asks me to enter my mailbox number. I don't know/have the mailbox number. I am unable to receive voicemails and I want to set up voicemail. This is an iPhone 7 on a prepaid monthly Verizon plan. Thank you.
