NEVER BUY YIUR DEVICE ON VERIZON WEBSITE!!!!

Never buy a device online , Verizon is horrible at reporting that a device was returned to them on time and now I’m being punished by them  charging me for a device I don’t have. I purchased a new google pixel fold phone online and used it for one week and returned it using a shipping label provided by Verizon agent. The phone device did not properly work well with certain apps I use mainly freestyle libre app that monitors my glucose. Even after providing all the evidence they still couldn’t figure out what happened to the device. You can clearly see the device was delivered to their west house in Texas but still they have not reported the device was turned in.  Verizon hires only outside customer care agents that don’t know what they are doing and refer to their supervisor for help on every little details. I don’t have a active line and there’s no one that seems to want to help resolve this issue.
