No way to get help

My phone broke , and i needed to turn off autopay . attempted to login through verizon website however it requires sending code to my phone. other options said to call , i dont have a phone . i cant use chat to get help because i cant log in. What do i do ?

I know how disruptive it can be for my phone to become broken, brycem1989. We are here to help. If you aren't able to receive a text message, or log in to My Verizon, then the only other option would be to visit your local Verizon store for help. The store would be able to help turn off autopay, and review replacement options for you. You can find the nearest Verizon store here: https://www.verizon.com/stores/
