Not able to activate my prepaid number

Verizon needs to fix their broken system. I purchased a prepaid phone plan on the 14th and still have not been able to get it activated. It wont let me log in to the account its linked to or correctly link it with my device. At this point I just about want a refund. How can a company be so bad at the only thing they do and stay in business.

Do you have postpaid services or something else like Fios or 5G Home Internet with Verizon?  If so, the reason why the prepaid line isn't showing up in your account is because prepaid lines are in a different part of the system than postpaid.  You'd have to register the prepaid phone number in its own My Verizon account to manage it.

Um...if the OP hasn't been able to get their phone activated, they can't do the 611 thing.  The 2 times I've ported into Verizon, I did it at a corporate store location.  May as well try visiting a store so a real person can take a look at the phone and see if they can get the account going?
