Not enough money on account

Hello. I recently got an offer to try Unlimited data and added that trial to my plan. It told me to restart device which I did. Then couple hours later I get a message from my brother asking what's wrong with my phone. Didn't know what he was referring to. I tried calling him and got the message not enough money on account (I know that's not the issue as I'm on autopay)

Can someone please help me resolve this? Thank you.

Are you using the prepaid service?  I'm using a metered data prepaid plan, and have that offer in my account constantly.  But to upgrade to unlimited, you have to load funds into your account and pay upfront for the upgrade if you're prepaid.
