Dude I've been trying to download a esim and turn on a prepaid number and everytime I do it online and put in the imei  it flashes the next page then redirects me to the first bring your own device page. So I get the app and now all I have is this message board. VERIZON CHANGE YOUR LOGO TO A STRAW, CAUSE YOU SuK! I also had a plan accidentally got sold a prepaID Card instead of a gift card. So I couldn't pay my balance on my actual plan. So I had to get a prepaid number which I find ridiculous that they couldn't just take the ninety dollars from my. Prepaid and credit, my regular plan saw the same system like. Why isn't 2 completely different divisions? Seems like just a way for you guys to get more money out of me and here I am again because my phone is verizing trying to get another ease. Sam cause I can't get into my old e. Sam and I'm dealing with the c*** I was just talking about. Make sure that it's a huge straw

Hi, if you are currently a postpaid customer, converting your account to prepaid is a different process than the usual "get a new number" or transferring service.  You need to call Inside Sales at 800-256-4646 to change to prepaid.  Prepaid and postpaid are different sections of the company.  The My Verizon login is also 2 different URLs, so you can't have a prepaid and a postpaid line in one account.  It will be 2 different accounts and 2 separate logins.

As for your prepaid card, you can't get that refunded, if what you were wanting was a gift card instead of a prepaid refill card for prepaid service?
