For the last few months, I have tried to open a claim for my husbands cracked screen. Due to Verizon outsourcing service centers outside of USA. My insurance dropped when I added a line in September. Added wrong insurance back in October that's $25 a month and now January 2025 had to call 2 seperate times, one of the calls was for over and hour to their "IT support" to have to wait a month to replace my husband cracked screen. Yuk! Will be looking for a better provider. This is nonsense.
