Shoutout to Andrew in Prepaid Customer Service. He helped me switch from a Postpaid physical SIM to a prepaid eSIM plan. He was very helpful and got everything set up well, which was definitely refreshing after a frustrating experience trying to switch over my plan. I wanted to thank him on the call but we got disconnected when the SIM switched.

That's great if the Prepaid and Postpaid CS departments can now handle this sort of account migration between prepaid and postpaid. For a while, the only way to do it was to contact Inside Sales, and if you tried calling some other department, would get transferred back and forth endlessly.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
