No way to get ahold of a customer service rep, I received an email from my last post, well, it's the same number that doesn't give you the option to talk to a customer service rep.
888-294-6804 does NOT give you the option to talk to an actual agent. And when you reply to THAT message, it comes back as undeliverable. I'm going to continue to post on this board until someone can give me a number to talk to an actual rep. FYI the following number doesn't get you to a rep either: 1.888.294.6804

Hello! We completely understand and want to help! If you are unable to get through to our customer support line, you can also visit a nearby Verizon store for assistance as well.

Did your prepaid plan expire and get cancelled? I've found typing "live agent" in the chat option while logged into my account works for getting a real person, but if your line was cancelled, your prepaid account may be completely gone and you'd have to sign up for a new one (you can keep the same phone number if it's been less than 45 days since disconnection).
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
